Client’s Request:

The client, owning taxi fleets with their own vehicles, faced challenges in tracking the usage of various additional services by their drivers. These services were often difficult to monitor and analyze effectively. The client needed a solution to develop their own dispatcher/taxi system for handling orders efficiently. The system was designed to allow drivers from the taxi fleets to use external services like Uber, Bolt, and others without restrictions. However, it aimed to provide comprehensive monitoring and data collection capabilities for all taxi operations within the fleets, including the usage of additional services. The client sought a system that could track and gather extensive statistics on the work performed by drivers within the taxi fleets, considering the utilization of both internal and external services. The objective was to provide advanced analytics and insights to the fleet owners, enabling them to make informed decisions and optimize their operations effectively.
